A very beautiful location. The rooms were built well with a nice view but mine was missing a wardrobe. A room heater was provided. The water geyser was working fine. Bed Mattress and sheets were cleaned Fresh towels and toiletries were provided Suraj was very helpful and a nice guy. Do check the availability of the snow before going as the view from the room balcony is worth the stay.

One of the awesome experiences of life. Cottages are nice, and cozy. Views are perfect from the Balcony. 900Mt from the market. But can easily get lift or cab till market. Ayubhai is a great host. Food can be ordered to room calling couple of good restaurants Tea/coffee can be prepared in-room with Instants as electric kettle is there too. Heater is there. Power backup is also there. Must visit resort while in Joshimath or Travelling further.

Booked for my mother and her friend who went for Badrinath darshan. Excellent support and hospitality from the owner Mr. Ayush. Rooms are spacious and views are awesome. Simply the best value for money stay you will get from Joshimath up to Badrinath. Better to call owner for offline booking for best price.

Excellent property, awesome view, on road property. The owner of the property Mr Ayush and his associate Rishabh were extremely hospitable. Best stay in Joshimath/Auli till now. Overall it was a memorable stay.

This is one of those places which ha so much in itself. With 180 degree mountain view from the balcony and soothing interiors, it is only a matter of time that this place become popular. We had an amazing stay here for one night. Giving 4 and not 5 stars as the main door is not that strong and due to that there are always a chance of insects/rats coming in. Also, right now, no food facility is there in the property and this place is good 800 m away from main market.

Ayushji (owner) is a very humble person and was always in touch (remotely) with us right from before our arrival until we check-out ensuring our stay is convenient and comfortable. He is trustworthy, genuine and a caring host. Suraj, the caretaker present at the property was very helpful and our go-to person. He was present right on his toe to help us with our queries and ad-hoc requests. The property offers great view, is easily navigable via Google maps and is just outside main market making it convenient and peaceful stay. We had booked 2 rooms for a night, all the rooms offered spectacular views of a valley and mountains. The rooms were well equipped (electric points) and cozy. It consists of water heater, room heating portable tower (this was saviour), kettle, double bed mattress and thick blankets. There is no provision of food preparation and service at the property yet. However, meals can be ordered from nearby restaurants and cutlery will be provided at the property. We recommend order meals from Auli D food plaza restaurant. Recommend this place 100% and sure this place will be a magical experience had it been snowing Congratulations for 2nd anniversary, wishing you abundant growth and thank you for making our stay memorable.

It was a perfect location for anyone who loves nature. The views from the cottage were marvelous. The staff was very well-behaved and friendly. There are many good restaurants in 1km of the resort, there is the option of food in the cottage but we preferred restaurant. We stayed for 1 night and loved it very very much.
